Getting Started

How do I start playing?
Download the app, enter your display name and age during onboarding, then pick any unlocked game room from the home screen and tap "Play". Your first room — Gut Feeling — is available immediately.
What is the confidence slider?
The slider lets you express both your answer and how sure you are. Drag toward 100 if you think the statement is TRUE; drag toward 0 if you think it's FALSE. The closer you are to an extreme, the more coins you're betting. Being correct and confident earns the most; being wrong but uncertain loses less.
What happens when the timer runs out?
If you don't lock your answer before the timer reaches zero, the round is scored as if you stayed at the centre (no bet). You won't lose coins, but you won't earn any either.

Coins & Purchases

How do I get more coins?
  • Daily refill: Return each day for a free coin top-up.
  • Win rounds: Correct, confident answers earn coins proportional to your bet.
  • Watch rewarded ads: Optional ads grant a small coin bonus.
  • In-app purchase: Coin packs are available in the Store.
My purchase isn't showing up.
Close the app fully and reopen it — purchases sync on launch. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If you still see no change, email us at ybazgames@gmail.com with your receipt and we'll investigate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the platform you purchased on:
  • iOS: Settings app → Your Name → Subscriptions → Intuition → Cancel.
  • Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Intuition → Cancel.
We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) — we cannot process them ourselves.
  • iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Android: Open the Google Play app, find the order, and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Game Rooms

Why is a room locked?
Rooms unlock as you earn XP and reach higher levels. Play in any unlocked room to earn XP and level up. The five rooms unlock at Levels 1, 5, 15, 30, and 50.
What is a Streak Saver?
A Streak Saver protects your current win streak when you get a round wrong. When your streak is at risk, you'll be offered the option to spend coins to save it. You can only use one Streak Saver per streak.
What is Practice Mode?
Practice Mode lets you play any room — or revisit facts from your Library — without spending an entry fee or risking coins. Great for learning the mechanics or reviewing facts you've collected.

Account & Data

How do I change my display name?
Tap the profile icon on the home screen, then tap Edit Profile. You can update your display name there.
How do I sign in to sync my progress across devices?
Go to Settings → Sign In and choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. Your progress will be linked to that account and restored when you log in on any device.
How do I delete my account and data?
  1. Email ybazgames@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account".
  2. Include your display name (and your Google or Apple email if you signed in).
  3. We will permanently delete your data from our servers within 30 days and confirm by email.

Note: Uninstalling the app removes locally cached data from your device immediately. Data stored in the cloud (Firestore) requires the email request above.

What personal data do you store about me?
We store your display name, age, game progress (coins, XP, streaks, collected facts), and optional sign-in identity (Google/Apple). We also collect gameplay analytics and serve ads via Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
